That moment when your career reaches “Peak You”. When your job is no longer just a dress rehearsal for something greater, no longer just preparation for something better.
In other words, “This is it.”
Everybody is searching for that, at least once in their lives. And it’s your job as a leader to let as many people as possible get their shot.
Or else they’ll just go elsewhere to find it.
Creativity will always search out and find its own level. You may be the boss, but you don’t get to decide for other people where that level is.
Know this, and plan accordingly.
